How does made-to-order work?
Print-on-demand items are made after you order. We also sell products held in stock. Each product page explains its fulfilment type; a mixed order may arrive in separate parcels.
How long will my order take?
Production typically takes a few days, plus delivery time on top. You'll get email updates as your order moves from production to shipped.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Available delivery destinations and charges are shown at checkout. See our Delivery page for current options.
What if my item arrives faulty or wrong?
Get in touch straight away at admin@creekscraft.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Cancellation page for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Contact us promptly if you need a change. Personalised items may become non-cancellable once production starts. Standard products retain the cancellation rights explained on our Returns page.
What about sizing?
Check the size options and ask us for garment measurements before ordering if unsure. For standard items, see our Returns page. Personalised items have different cancellation rules.
Do you make custom Masonic or lodge items?
Yes — for personalised lodge merchandise use our Custom Lodge Order form and we’ll send a quote.
